We not only perform investigations in
the field of bioethics and biosafety
but also do analyses of related issues.
We also execute the registration, management
and distribution of various kinds of
stem cells as well as the management
of research on the human embryo and
therapeutic cloning. |

| We aim to contribute to the
improvement of public health and the quality
of life by establishing the framework in which
the advancements in biotechnology and bioethics
are harmonized with each other, thus preventing
biotechnology from infringing on human rights
and dignity. |
